Good place to work that.
My RAM 2500 Powerwagon MY2020 has a WARN Zeon installed as standard from dodge. The front bumper has a 7-pin socket for the WARN cable remote control or for the WARN radio receiver Here is my question. According to information, German WARN dealers cannot sell this socket to me, possibly with a wiring harness, as there is no order number With the request to send an order number, so that a German dealer can get me that. Maybe there is also a link for this 7 pin socket. King regards
I should of checked the reviews before using this company. All the bad reviews you see about bad customer service are true! If you try to explain why you’re unhappy they will hang up on you. If you try to communicate with them through FB page your post is removed, and they will block you on messenger. I wish I could give them no stars! Don’t waste your time dealing with Warn Industries in Oregon. Notice how the Owner or Management is on here answering post? They could careless about any customers.
My winch cable broke on me and I emailed warm and a “Jordan” got back to me and was very helpful! He helped me with all my questions and had a replacement part to me within the week ! Great customer service, thanks guys.
I was trying to think. How does this place have a 3.8 star rating? With the poor customer service you’d think more people would give a bad rating. And then it made sense. They only have 9 reviews. That’s because no one wants to go into a place like this specific Warn industries. I’ve used Warn before, and it’s been a great experience. I moved out to clackamas 5 months ago, and unfortunately i’m stuck next to this place. Good thing there’s another one near by. If you ever have the displeasure of working with Becky, I tell you what, the chances of her actually saying anything helpful are slim to none. You’d be better off applying for a job here, going through the hiring process, do all of the work yourself. Then stick around for a year, and quit. That would be a better plan than talking to Becky.
