I bought a dual-sport bike here recently and am VERY disappointed. I was told that all bikes receive inspections before being shown, to ensure they’re in good/safe working order. But in fact, it’s not possible that they did anything besides clean it. And I wasn’t even allowed to take it anywhere to get inspected. Key problems that have costed me over $2,000 to fix included: the chain was loose and warn and the chain stay was trashed (I had to replace both), the tires were not even inflated properly (and were worn and cracked–the place I took it to get repaired wouldn’t let me take it off the lot without replacing them), the rear blinkers didn’t work (it’s illegal to drive without them), the faring was missing multiple bolts, hoses were missing clamps, the front wheel cover/fender was cracked, the muffler didn’t have a heat shield, and some bolts were loose (could be unscrewed by hand). The maintenance light was on, too, so I even had to change the oil/filter and do other basic maintenance. Bottom line: Do not trust that the bike will work well just because it’s clean and the engine sounds good, and don’t pay more than you would for a private sale.

The service is extraordinary at this facility. They have done work on my boat and bikes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way they treat their customers and the level of service that i receive every time. Amazing and hard working staff.
