Brendan worked directly with me to outline the specific tasks he would perform on the bike, what items I specifically wanted fixed, and was up front with pricing/estimates. He worked with me to find some better cost effective solutions and not just run up the cost with hard to find OEM components. When he ran into issues during the build, he would call, leave a message, or text and was always prompt to return calls. Great experience and very trustworthy
