September 1, 2023 at 11:28 amI came out to Renos to return unopened, unused parts that I had purchased from them. They would not take the returns even though they were brand new, unopened, and still in package. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the owner to make this decision. Will not be coming back to this dealership. Will be shopping elsewhere for future parts and machine purchases.

December 14, 2021 at 9:04 amGreat place to conduct a business with! I made a phone call before I visit the store and I was able to gather all the information I need and that was about the issue with my motorcycle and the cost of the labor and the cost of the parts. Very reasonable prices. Friendly, people in the front desk. I am fully satisfied about the service and I strongly recommend this business. I will keep coming back to this business we I need it and not coming back to”Freedom Cycle” never ever…

December 11, 2021 at 4:28 amI called their parts department to get a replacement screw and washer for a Ducati Monster 821 battery. Ronnie was wonderful, said to come by and she would give me several as there are different size washers depending on the battery. I drove out she greeted me with a smile and had them waiting. Did not charge me a dime. Now that is customer service! Thanks Ronnie!

July 13, 2021 at 10:49 amI was told one number over the phone for my bike and when I got there I was offered $1800 less for the bike. My bike was in mint condition and their excuse was that the bike needed new tires even though the tires that they would put on the ktm 390 are only like $300 for the set. I ended up getting the original price from another dealer. They didn’t care at all about getting me to go all the way out there for nothing and that they had lied to me. Lost a sale and a customer forever as a result.
