Please for the love of God do not give your money to this business. If I wrote down every grievance I’ve had over the 4 months its taken them to fix my overpriced lemon of a bike Mcgrath Harley sold me, it would be pages long. I drove the bike 200 miles and the entire engine seized up on me at 55 mph almost causing me to wreck even though the salesman assured me the bikes are inspected thoroughly when they are traded in (come to find out it had a plethora of after market parts installed incorrectly causing a hole to burn thru the piston requiring a total engine rebuild). They can’t even return phone calls which is just basic respect. Justin (service manager) will come up with every excuse under the sun why it’s not their fault. I have never ever ever recieved worse service from anywhere in my life and I swear to you that is not an exaggeration. Tried calling the general manager today to give them one last chance to redeem themselves. Apparently he decided to go home sometime before they closed just like Justin went on vacation the week he told me he would order the parts for the bike.

I had a fantastic experience here. I was working with Streeter for a purchase yesterday and knew the exact bike I wanted and we had a set price, but when I came in he was just grabbed by a couple a few minutes before I showed up. We’ve all been there – it takes at least an hour to buy a (bike) even if you’re serious so he would be tied up for at least that long. Rather than snub them he asked if I minded waiting for a few minutes. He immediately talked to Hunter and Gabe and between them they managed to get me out the door while the customers they were helping were doing test rides and similar. Hunter did the paperwork and offered me the usual upgrades, but I’m a seasoned mechanic so he only pressed long enough to verify that I would have a good experience going forward, maintenance knowledge check kind of stuff. These kind of guys are why I keep buying motorcycles. They just want you to feel the joy they feel and it really comes across in their customer service and the fun they have while working. I worked retail for over 20 years, and if I was still in the game I’d steal them in a second. That’s how good they are. Would recommend buying here to anyone. Worth the trip.
