March 3, 2022 at 11:17 amI’m from Texas, and bought a new bike from these fine folks – having never seen or sat on it. Sales process could not have been easier, no surprises, and everyone I dealt with was helpful to this out-of-state buyer.

November 30, 2021 at 1:25 amTook my bike here last week for the first time for an oil change. It was a quick and smooth process. All of the staff members were friendly and I was in and out in one hour. I will definitely be back.

October 25, 2021 at 7:27 amI called Gina’s to schedule an appointment to have two new tires installed on my vintage motorcycle. Gina’s came highly recommended from a referral at the Harley Davidson shop in Tinley Park. When I called to schedule an appointment, I let them know I would be bringing in my own tires and they quoted me a price of about $170 to change them out and balance the two tires. After the work was completed my bill was $284.59 and I was told the hourly rate was $135.00 per hour. I did a bit of research and found hourly motorcycle shop rates to be between $35-$90 per hour. After getting the bike home, I noticed the valve stems had not been replaced, there were not caps on them, and later even noticed a pretty big scratch on one of my rims. I called the shop and asked them about the issues and was told that valve stems aren’t replaced unless a customer specifies which is hard for me to believe on a 45 year old bike. By this time I knew they weren’t going to do anything for me. It’s a lesson learned for me and I don’t want someone else to have a similar experience. Based on some of the other reviews recently, apparently I’m not the only customer who’s had a bad experience with this place. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop.

August 8, 2021 at 12:11 pmTook bike in for 500 mile first service and fix on the shift indicator. Charge a full hour to do the oil change and reset the shift indicator which is under warranty. Came to pick it up and shift indicator still not right. There for an hour and come out tell me can’t get it right. Can we deliver it tomorrow so I’m like ok it’s a 2 hour drive over here but if you deliver it that’s fine. Next day comes no delivery no phone call nothing just waiting for my bike. I was there for 6 hours to when I bought the bike and then this day. Wonder when my bike will be ready. They have had it over a week. They need much better service!!
