Well first off, if you’re looking for anything BRP, avoid this place, it’s so Honda red the can-am signage should be removed. Went in for some replacement belts, oil and fuel additive for ski-doo. Wanted to also look at a few side by sides… guess what?! They had none of these things. After walking around the whole shop, and not seeing a soul, went to the way back and asked the guy at the service desk for the belts. Was told because these are such “popular belts” they’re out of stock and not getting any until end of next week at the earliest. ? Just a thought but if they are so popular and you have zero on hand, why would you wait for a customer need to order new stock?! Terrible business practice. Please don’t respond with some bogus supply chain issue nonsense. I’m in this business and know the current climate and understand business need. Just as yesterday, I’ll take my belt business elsewhere and order my Maverick from a dealer that wants my business and can support my service needs.

Run, buy somewhere else. MATT ADELMUND, a sales manager from Dr POWERSPORT refused to take my deposit $500 today. He said customers is on the way to see the bike.. we have been texting for a week,, and I finally made decisions today to buy the bike. He also failed to provide me information DOT tires that I asked him a week ago on March 18th 2021 today March 25th 2021 on 15 year old 2006 Honda Goldwing even I mentioned it to him that 10 years old tires are unsafe. I just want to make sure that not 10 years old tires on the bike. He still not giving me that DOT TIRES information that I need it. For him profit is ahead the safety of customers. Stay away from Matt. He texted me when I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE, ” I get that. It would be different if I contacted you to buy it but you contacted me. ” He don’t care about customer service. I would not buy anything from Matt!! I am a cash buyer, already made a plan to pay in full cash 💸and pick up the bike in the next couple days from him. I mentioned to him yesterday it’s Spring Break week I can not take off work this weekdays. He told me yesterday I can put deposit $500 by giving him my credit card to hold it until I can pick up the bike. Today Matt is a different person and LIED ABOUT IT. Wow it’s a slap in my face by Matt. If sales manager is a Liar, who you can trust buy from this company.
