If I could give them 20/5 stars I would. Andrew was AMAZING helping me with my v star 250. I’ve always avoided going to dealerships on my own because of how aggressive I’ve seen some sales agents be but Andrew went over all the info and details with me without once making me feel pressured. He was super patient when I was debating on finalizing the purchase. As if that wasn’t enough, another agent Sterling helped secure the bike to the back of my truck after going over all the controls with me. To top it off, Andrew knew I had nobody at my nearby home to assist with unloading the bike so he drove out to me and helped me with that as well. I cannot recommend this Del Amo enough. They made the process so easy and were super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely coming back here when I’m ready to upgrade!

So we went looking for a quad today and ended up at Del Amo and found what we were looking for, Bailey our sales rep helped us out and he was awesome, took care of us quick and efficient. The manager helped sweeten the deal as well. Hands down best experience I’ve had and highly recommend them. BTW i live more than an hour away from here and well worth the trip!

I PROMISE YOU CAN FIND YOUR DREAM BIKE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND $$$$$ My husband and I left thinking we had a great experience… Aside from the salesmanship and constant “doing us a favor”, we were ecstatic with our purchase. The bike is incredible, however, the finance dept. is NOT. We were told during signing that there would be 0% APR for the first 12 MONTHS, this is a VERY memorable conversation we had with Rosario Vasquez in finance since we had a lengthy conversation with her in regard to the fact that we were planning on paying this off within a few months. This is when she tells us “That’s great since your contract states no APR for the first 12 months”. This isn’t Rosario’s life, I don’t expect her to remember 10 months later what she said to me verbatim. I DO however expect Rosario to be HONEST and TRUTHFUL with her clients understanding that this is their life and their finances that she is dealing with. Upon receiving our pay off amount we realized we have in fact been paying interest for 10 months and when I called Del Amo Motor Sports and was transferred to Rosario she could do nothing but essentially call me a liar and that “what I probably meant was that if you paid it off within a year the interest would be minimal”. Someone like this SHOULD NOT be handling any type financial agreements, I feel robbed. Please BE AWARE that this dealership does NOT offer 0% APR for 12 months on ANY HONDA FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS. I have verified this with Honda Financial themselves. I am disgusted and disappointed by this establishment and am sad to have had yet another dishonest dealership experience. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will update this review with the outcome.

I called Del Amo Motorsports service department due to a factory recall notice for my 2014 Yamaha FJR brake module. I spoke to Shelby on the phone. She was very friendly and said she would order the parts necessary for the recall service. A few days later she called me back stating the parts had arrived. I scheduled my service for the following week where I got to personally meet Shelby who was my service writer. She had the same friendly and helpful demeanor in person as on the phone. Three hours later the work was completed and my motorcycle was wheeled out to me smudge free and working fine. I do all my own maintenance but if I get another recall notice, I’m coming back to Del Amo Motorsports.

Outstanding customer service in the service department and the sales department. Shelby in service was great to work with. She made sure my bike was repaired and tuned and completed on time. I will come back to Del Amo because of confidence with great employees.
