February 8, 2022 at 6:23 amIn this day and age, a company that even has these machines is rare, so that was a plus. They had models from 4 different brands. Lance, my salesman, did not know a great deal about his products, and had to leave several times to ask his manager. After we negotiated a price, ( where you had to play the typical games) I asked them about ways to pay. I mentioned that they probably didn’t want me to use a credit card because of the fees involved. The manager agreed, but said nothing about the fees associated with using a debit card, which they pass along to the consumer. I had my wife drive an hour to bring me the debit card assuming no fees, only to find out that they were the same as with a credit card. All in all, I’m happy I found what I was looking for, but sadly the staff there seems a bit poorly trained and unfamiliar with the general working on the entire process.

February 1, 2022 at 10:13 amThis was a horrible experience . We called and spoke with a Jessica and let her know we were not local and would be driving a ways and getting a trailer. She assured us there were 2 in stock. A 2021 and 22 Kodiak 700. We asked several times before hitting the road. She even said “I am letting them know, tell them Jessica sent you” Drove 2 and a half hours for them to tell us one was sold Saturday (it’s Tuesday now) and the other isn’t in stock either. So I guess calling ahead is pointless and giving them a call back number incase something comes up is also pointless, because their actual building and their inventory department are not on the same page. Don’t waste your time like we just did.

January 27, 2022 at 1:55 amFantastic team, great group of people. I did not meet any management that I am aware of, but very friendly staff. From Jordan in sales, to the folks behind the parts desk, just awesome people. The driver who delivered my purchase was almost as excited as I was to deliver my new bike. The only feed back I would have is the finance lady was eh, okay. Didn’t explain anything and was not talking much at all. I had to keep asking questions to get any information really. I mean she was nice and pleasant, just was not willing to strike conversation or explain much of anything. Other than that, 100% satisfied with #RedLine.

December 11, 2021 at 5:52 amPurchased my first bike from them last month. Very nice sales people. Had my first service today and they did a great job and only performed maintenance that was necessary. Shout out to Tech Ian!

November 17, 2021 at 4:10 amI bought a Motorcycle from these guys. I got “Barely a FAIR DEAL”, I paid $2500 on top of the discounted Listed-Price. My begging and negotiation did NOT get me far with Shawn. However, the customer service was VERY VERY GOOD. My sale Lady was Gracie, she was SO PLEASANT, helpful, actually returns phone calls, and She’s HOT!!

November 17, 2021 at 2:01 amThis is one of the biggest bike dealerships iv ever seen! The sales staff is very friendly and easy to work with. There were many different modules of motorcycles, dirt bikes, side by sides and a few jet skies in the showroom. My only compliant are: there are not many salesmen there (they’re are a few training salesmen, so that won’t be a problem for long) and the financial worker could not get in contact with my bank. I had initiate the loan process with my bank.
