August 6, 2021 at 6:38 amCommunication sucks with Scott. First I had a helmet shipped to me the wrong size/color. That got taken care of but then then I thought I might’ve needed a smaller size than the size I ordered so I sent Scott several emails regarding this and he refused to respond until I mentioned filing a complaint a week later. I got the smaller helmet which was too small and needed to send it back for the intended size I ordered and here we are again with him not responding to emails for a week especially with the confirmation and tracking number I provided for the smaller helmet. If you’re going to own and run a business, please respond to your customers. This has been going on since May and it’s now August. I have mentioned a refund several times but he insists on me being responsible for a restocking fee, maybe he should be responsible for.

August 7, 2018 at 8:40 amI have a friend who needs a set of tie rod replacements for his SXS, and I called and spoke to Scott, he not only helped me with what I needed but he also gave me a great discount for my buddy, and gave us both Tee shirts. I would recommend this company anybody who likes quality service.
